Step1
- Click Holla app on your mobile phone.
Step2
- Tap on Settings, at the top left corner of your screen.
Step3
- Click on DELETE ACCOUNT.
Step4
- Tap on Delete My Account again.
Step5
- Choose a honest reason for deleting your account.
Step6
- Scroll down and tap on the “I Want to Delete” button to continue your account deletion.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. This process typically takes a few minutes, but it may take longer. If you do not receive an email notification within 24 hours, attempt to login to your account to see if it is still active.
Second method, you can compose mail with your registered email account sent to HOLLA Support Team.
Delete My HOLLA Account By Sending Email
1. Open your mail account that is registered with HOLLA.
2. Now compose an email and enter the email address support@HOLLA.com .
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email requesting them to delete your account from their database, and to wipe all your information with them.
